We are seeking an ESG Manager to lead and enhance the ESG strategy for Dains Accountants.
As an ESG Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing successful ESG initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive ESG strategy that aligns with the firm's business objectives and sustainability goals.
* Ensure the integration of ESG factors into corporate policies and practices.
* Engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote ESG initiatives.
* Foster strong relationships with industry peers, regulatory bodies, and community organizations to enhance the firm's ESG profile.
* Oversee the preparation of ESG reports, ensuring compliance with national and international ESG standards and regulations.
* Develop and deliver training programs that educate employees at all levels about the importance of ESG principles and their role in the firm's sustainability efforts.
* Stay abreast of emerging trends and innovations in ESG practices.
Requirements:
