Third-party Risk Management Specialist

As a Third-party Risk Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our business by assessing and mitigating risks associated with third-party suppliers. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Cyber Risk function and make a real impact on our organization's success.
Your Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with suppliers to identify and address security risks, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Tesco data.
• Maintain accurate records of all suppliers that access, store, process, or provide critical services to Tesco, including the supplier assurance risk register.
• Provide high-quality risk reports to inform senior business owners' decisions regarding supplier use, ensuring the most effective risk management strategies are in place.
• Monitor ongoing compliance of suppliers, adhering to set schedules based on their risk profile.
• Work closely with business owners, legal, and procurement teams to ensure third-party risks are considered and managed throughout the supplier lifecycle.
• Support Technology colleagues with supplier assurance-related queries.
Your Skills and Experience
• Proven experience in IT audit/risk management, with a focus on technology risk and compliance within an organization.
• Knowledge of ISO standards related to information security and business continuity.
• Expertise in information security risk management processes, frameworks, and procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Critical thinking, attention to detail, and organizational skills are essential for this role.
• A professional qualification such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, or equivalent is desirable.
