Quality Engineering Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineering Manager to join our team at Aviva. As a Quality Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our quality engineering strategy, ensuring that our software products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of our quality engineering strategy, ensuring that our software products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize quality engineering initiatives, ensuring that they align with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain quality engineering processes and procedures, ensuring that they are effective and efficient.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to quality engineering teams, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver high-quality software products.
  • Identify and mitigate quality risks, ensuring that our software products meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in quality engineering, with a strong understanding of software development methodologies and quality engineering principles.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong technical skills, with experience in software development and quality engineering tools and technologies.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions, with a strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Experience in managing and leading quality engineering teams, with a strong understanding of quality engineering processes and procedures.

  • A competitive salary of circa £85,000, depending on skills, experience, and qualifications.
