We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Assistant to support our client in their luxury apartments in the Elephant and Castle area.

This is a temporary full-time position with an ASAP start. The successful candidate will assist the team in general maintenance and handyman work, including:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake general maintenance tasks in internal and external areas of the building.
  • Carry out plumbing tasks, such as unblocking toilets and fixing taps.
  • Assist with re-decorating rooms and general carpentry tasks, such as fixing doors and locks.
  • Unblock sinks and descale shower heads.
  • Move furniture and perform masticking as needed.
  • Paint and decorate where required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in maintenance or handyman work, ideally within a residential/domestic setting.
  • Experience in a trade, such as plumbing, carpentry, or electrical work.
  • Strong customer service skills and a team player mindset.
  • Ability to adhere to all Health and Safety measures.
  • Friendly, approachable, and helpful attitude.
