About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead EC&I Engineer to join our team at Amentum, a leading provider of nuclear services. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a major project, the Sludge Handling and Export Plan (SH&EP), which aims to enable the treatment of mobile sludge into a form suitable for long-term storage and disposal.

As a Lead EC&I Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the CE&I Responsible Engineer in delivering the project's CE&I design deliverables. This will involve collaborating with the Responsible Engineer and Engineering Managers on all aspects of CE&I design tasks, reporting progress against the project schedule, and liaising with other design disciplines and plant engineering as necessary.

We are looking for an experienced engineer with a strong background in programmable electronic system design and cyber security, ideally in the Sellafield environment. You will also have experience of plant wide system design, including IT, telephone, and public address systems.
