The working hours align with our established shift patterns, organized into two teams, covering a seven-day operational week. The workshops operate from 7:00am to 7:00pm on weekdays and from 7:00am to 6:00pm on weekends. Each team's working schedule averages over a two-week period.

Qualifications and Education
Essential
- City and Guilds certification in motor vehicle technology or NVQ level 3 or equivalent qualifications and experience.
- A solid educational background, with a minimum of 3 GCSEs or equivalent.
- A valid Full Driving Licence.
- Evidence of ongoing professional development.
Desirable
- Driving Licence C1 + D1 (Work towards).
- MOT Tester certification.
