Key Responsibilities:- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with special educational needs (SEN).
- Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and support strategies.
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Monitor and track the progress of students, providing regular feedback to teachers and parents.
- Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the classroom.
- Help with classroom management and behavior support.
- Support students in accessing the curriculum and adapting materials as necessary.
- Promote a safe and nurturing learning environment for all students.
- Previous experience working with students with SEN is preferred but not essential.
- A genuine passion for supporting the educational and social development of young learners.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic educational setting.
- An understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies.
