Key Responsibilities
- Support Relationship Directors and managers in portfolio growth, ensuring an exceptional client experience through consistent excellence.
- Enhance and strengthen controls in collaboration with Relationship Directors to proactively identify and mitigate risks.
- Manage relationships with Product and Group Partners, serving as a liaison for the portfolio to deliver tailored products and services that meet client needs.
- Assist Relationship Managers/Directors with client engagement strategies, Annual Reviews, and the upkeep of client account plans.
- Deliver high-quality service to clients, aiming to improve Savanta scores by directing servicing activities to the appropriate contact points and promoting digital solutions.
- Engage in internal training sessions and workshops to expand your knowledge of banking products, financial analysis, and relationship management techniques.
- Maintain and develop industry knowledge relevant to your portfolio, supporting team initiatives.
- Contribute to the success of related teams within the organization.
- Collaborate with various functions and business areas.
- Take ownership of the outcomes of team operations and activities.
- Report any policy or procedural breaches appropriately.
- Be responsible for implementing new policies or procedures aimed at risk reduction.
- Advise and influence decision-making within your area of expertise.
- Manage risks and enhance controls related to your responsibilities, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and codes of conduct.
- Continuously develop an understanding of how your sub-function integrates with the broader organization, alongside knowledge of products, services, and processes.
- Demonstrate awareness of how different areas contribute to the organization's objectives.
- Make informed decisions based on factual analysis, paying close attention to detail.
