We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Teaching Personnel. The ideal candidate will provide psychological support to students with complex social, emotional, and mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans to support students' well-being and academic success.
- Provide guidance and support to staff on psychological issues impacting students, promoting a collaborative and inclusive learning environment.
- Contribute to the development of emotional well-being programs, ensuring a trauma-informed approach is integrated throughout.
- Liaise with families and external agencies to ensure seamless support for students.
- Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (HCPC registered) and a strong understanding of SEN/SEMH.
- Experience working with children and young people with complex needs, with a focus on emotional well-being and academic success.
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Understanding of trauma-informed approaches and a commitment to promoting a safe and supportive learning environment.
