Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Logistics Yard Operative to join our team. This role involves working with a reputable client and is focused on yard operations and forklift driving.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Primarily responsible for loading and unloading pallets from trucks.
  • Perform manual labor and assist with various warehouse tasks.
  • Conduct shunting activities within the yard.
  • Utilize a counterbalance forklift to move stock efficiently.
Working Hours:

The position operates Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 7 PM, with opportunities for overtime during the week and weekends, compensated at a higher rate after exceeding standard hours.

Compensation:

The hourly wage for this role is £12.57.

Candidate Requirements:

Applicants must successfully complete an on-site interview and pass a forklift driving assessment. We offer a supportive work environment with free parking and complimentary refreshments.
