About the RoleAs a Finance Manager at THG Labs, you will have the autonomy to develop and run the finance team. This is a broad role where you can implement, make improvements, and manage the whole site from a finance perspective, allowing you to advance in the role quickly. At THG Labs, we are a close-knit team and work closely together, so you will feel part of a community.
Key Responsibilities- Full ownership of the profit and loss account, inclusive of accurate management of the results and robust forecast assumptions.
- To be able to constructively monitor and challenge factory performance, ensuring targets are met and variances are understood.
- Leading the analysis of monthly and quarterly numbers and presenting findings to the Finance Director.
- Drive the continuous improvement of end-to-end accounting practices.
- Managing an end-to-end audit process of current systems - while acting as the first point of contact for external auditors.
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
- Must be highly numerate with experience working in Excel.
- 25 days holiday.
