Senior Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer to lead our development team in Gloucester, United Kingdom. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining complex software solutions while mentoring junior developers and ensuring code quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop high-performance software applications.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
  • Strong proficiency in languages such as Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript.
  • Experience with software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Proven experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
