Bookings Coordinator | Ramsay Health Care | Flexible Hours

Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Bookings Coordinator to become a vital part of our scheduling team at Ramsay Health Care. In this role, you will support the healthcare and scheduling departments to ensure that necessary authorizations are obtained for all medical procedures. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service while managing inquiries and providing estimates to prospective patients. It is essential to maintain precise and comprehensive records to ensure that all appointments are organized efficiently and within designated timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all inquiries and schedule appointments through various communication channels promptly and effectively.
  • Provide thorough information to patient inquiries, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
  • Foster and maintain strong working relationships with all internal teams.
  • Oversee clinic operations and related administrative tasks.
