We are seeking a skilled Equipment Specialist to join our team at MSA - The Safety Company. As an Equipment Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest levels of site safety and customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out site-based installations, testing, and maintenance of height safety equipment in accordance with manufacturers' requirements and drawings provided.
- Ensure detailed legible paperwork is provided upon completion of new installations, allowing for the production of full manuals for clients.
- Conduct inspections, documenting findings to enable the production of client certificates or remedial quotations as needed.
- Identify additional requirements for fall protection equipment or training at sites where activities are undertaken.
- Clean driver's license
- Ability to clear DBS/CRB/Scottish Disclosure
- Good level of understanding of English and Maths for basic admin tasks
- IPAF training (not essential, can be attained during employment)
- PASMA training (not essential, can be attained during employment)
