About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Scientific Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of scientific data used in our research endeavors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough data validation across diverse scientific datasets.
  • Develop and maintain robust data analysis pipelines specifically designed for biological data.
  • Collaborate closely with researchers to guarantee the accuracy and reliability of data.
  • Proactively identify and resolve any issues encountered within datasets.
  • Effectively manage database tables and relationships to ensure data integrity.
  • Work in tandem with software developers to establish standardized data management practices.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • A strong academic background in the life sciences, holding a PhD or MSc degree.
  • Proven experience in managing and analyzing scientific datasets within a research environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage projects effectively.

  • A deep understanding of in-vivo experimentation methodologies.
  • Proficiency in coding languages, SQL, or database management systems.
  • Experience with data analysis techniques and tools.
