Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the design process for large-scale new build projects, ensuring timely completion and exceptional technical expertise.
  • Collaborate with design and delivery teams to explore innovative design alternatives and optimize project outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with current legislation and implement measures to eliminate health and safety risks during construction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in coordinating large-scale new build projects, with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Ambitious and motivated work attitude, with a passion for driving project success.
  • Multi-sector experience, with a strong understanding of commercial, residential, and public sector builds.
