Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Mobile Civil Enforcement Officer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for patrolling public streets and car parks, advising the public on parking options, issuing tickets to incorrectly parked vehicles, and reporting suspected abandoned vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Patrol public streets and car parks to ensure compliance with parking regulations
  • Advise the public on parking options and provide information on parking restrictions
  • Issue tickets to vehicles parked in contravention of parking regulations
  • Report suspected abandoned vehicles to the relevant authorities
  • Deal with enquiries from the public in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated and customer-focused
  • Ability to work shifts and on own initiative
  • Love of working outdoors
