We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team at CV-Library, a leading UK law firm. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the majority of work being done remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, project teams, and technical teams to ensure alignment on requirements and expectations.
- Manage and document changes to project requirements throughout the lifecycle.
- Prioritize requirements based on business needs, resource availability, and project constraints.
- Assist in developing test plans and test cases to ensure the system meets business requirements.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Support the creation and delivery of training materials for end-users.
- Provide ongoing support post-implementation, helping users adapt to the new system and addressing any issues.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience working as a Business Analyst.
- Experience working with stakeholders, project teams, and technical teams.
- Ability to manage and document changes to project requirements.
- Experience with conducting gap analysis.
- Experience prioritizing tasks based on business needs.
