About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic customer service specialist to join our team at Taylors, a leading property services group in the UK. As a Property Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our landlord and tenant customers receive a high-quality experience throughout their time with us.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of properties across our 60 brands, building relationships with internal colleagues and customers.
  • Act as a key contact for tenants and landlords, coordinating urgent and routine repairs and maintenance.
  • Liaise with tradespeople, contractors, and customers to ensure timely and efficient resolution of issues.
  • Organize safety inspections and manage remedial works to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Deal promptly and courteously with communication from landlords, tenants, contractors, and internal partners.
Requirements
  • Competent knowledge of lettings legislation, tenancy agreements, and landlord contracts.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently and calmly under pressure.
  • Full training provided for the role.
