The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a customer support specialist to join a newly established team focused on expanding our French operations. We are looking for an individual with a proactive mindset who is willing to take initiative and contribute beyond their primary responsibilities to support our growth in this emerging market.
Your primary responsibilities will include engaging with our French-speaking members online, providing updates and information regarding their accounts, transactions, and payment details. This will be accomplished through our Backoffice system, various online platforms, and email communications.
Additionally, you will assist in managing the French site and support other international growth teams with various administrative tasks such as processing cashback claims, adding offers to the website, reviewing content, and identifying customer-facing issues to enhance the user experience. You will also collaborate with our marketing team to facilitate campaign setups.
We will provide comprehensive training to equip you with the skills needed to work efficiently while demonstrating strong problem-solving and customer service abilities. Importantly, this role is conducted online, and we do not operate in a call center environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Addressing customer support inquiries through our Backoffice, online platforms, and email.
- Utilizing a logical approach to troubleshoot and resolve queries.
- Processing and submitting cashback claims to retailers to maximize recovery for our members.
- Updating, reviewing, and editing website content and placements.
- Meeting established service levels and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identifying issues and notifying management as necessary.
- Delivering exceptional customer service consistently.
- Collaborating with team members to support overall team objectives.
Requirements
- Fluent in French (written).
- Effective communicator, able to relay information clearly to team members.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a logical approach.
- Attention to detail and ability to identify trends.
- Excellent time management skills, capable of prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Well-organized with the ability to manage workload and deadlines.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel (training will be provided).
