Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Room Manager to join our team at N Family Club. As a Deputy Room Manager, you will play a key role in delivering our curriculum-led approach, inspiring children to dream big, think creatively, and act responsibly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of educators to deliver high-quality care and learning experiences for children
  • Develop and implement curriculum plans to meet the needs of children and support their learning and development
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our curriculum and make recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care and learning
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure the well-being and safety of children
Benefits
