Key Responsibilities:

  • Thoroughly reviewing title and contract documentation, mortgage offers, and search results, while providing clients with precise and detailed reports.
  • Timely management of inquiries and responses to ensure smooth communication.
  • Addressing complex legal queries with professionalism and expertise.
  • Preparing accurate financial statements for clients.
  • Overseeing the exchange of contracts and completions.
  • Conducting due diligence on clients' sources of funds, ensuring compliance with KYC regulations.
  • Maintaining prompt communication with clients, estate agents, brokers, and introducers.
  • Updating relevant portals and ensuring case management systems are current.
  • Identifying potential risks and proactively resolving issues to safeguard clients and the firm.
  • Taking primary responsibility for managing purchase files.

Qualifications:
1 to 3 years of post-qualification experience in property law is essential.
