Senior Electronics Engineer

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop high-performance power supply units, ensuring they meet specifications and performance standards.
  • Identify and address technical or quality issues with power supplies, providing effective solutions and ensuring product reliability.
  • Manage and oversee projects from initial conception through to successful completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Interface with customers for project-related inquiries and RMAs, and assist the sales team in addressing technical questions and requirements.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, coordinate timelines, and facilitate smooth production processes.
  • Ensure that all designs and processes comply with industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct research to drive innovation and enhance both products and processes, staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical training to internal staff and customers to support skill development and knowledge transfer.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in electronics engineering.
  • Proven experience with PCB design.
  • Deep knowledge and experience in analog electronics.
  • Experience with simulation and design tools such as SPICE and CAD software.
  • Experience with design of power supplies (AC/DC, DC/DC, or Rectifiers) – theory and hands-on.
  • Strong understanding of electronic circuit design and testing of power supplies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in using SPICE, CAD, and simulation software.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Prototyping skills.
  • Soldering.
  • Commercial understanding.
