Key Responsibilities
In this role, your responsibilities will encompass:
- Overseeing service delivery and managing personnel within the department.
- Innovating and refining service offerings in partnership with the current team, the Head of Audiological Services, and the ENT Clinical Lead.
- Collaborating across networks to implement practice modifications and establish novel operational methods.
- Ensuring that essential performance metrics are achieved for the service.

Candidate Profile
Qualifications
Essential
- MSc in Audiology or equivalent professional experience.
- Registration with AHCS / HCPC (Clinical Scientist).
Desirable
- Leadership or management certification.
Knowledge and Experience
Essential
- Extensive and recent post-qualification experience in a specialized area.
- Proven experience in managing complex and non-routine cases.
- Demonstrated experience in staff management.
- Involvement in Audit Projects with a proven track record.
- Strong knowledge in a specialized field.
- Experience in leading service advancements within NHS Audiology Services.
