Job Summary:
Arriva Northumbria Limited is seeking a skilled PCV Driver to join our team. As a PCV Driver, you will be responsible for transporting passengers safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive a PCV vehicle on a rotating shift pattern of 5 days in 7, with mornings starting from 04:00, afternoons from 12:00, and evenings from 18:00 on a rotational basis.
- Ensure the vehicle is clean and well-maintained, and that all necessary checks are completed before each journey.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure the safety and comfort of passengers.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to health and safety, customer service, and vehicle maintenance.
- Participate in ongoing development and training to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Must be over 18 years of age.
- Have been driving for a minimum of 6 months.
- No more than 6 points on your licence.
- Will need to undergo a drug and alcohol test before your assessment.
- Will need to pass an English comprehension test.
- Great people skills.
