About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented New Product Development Administrator to join our team at Quest Personal Care Global Ltd. As a key member of our New Product Development Team, you will be responsible for managing all administrative tasks related to the launch of new skin care and beauty products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Setting up new items on SAP and updating product information throughout the NPD process
  • Managing red/green and gold seal samples, ensuring samples are organized and tidy
  • Overseeing green and gold seal approvals and coordinating with the wider teams to ensure checks are completed on time
  • Assisting Product Developers with ad hoc tasks such as requesting component cutters, creating red seal approval forms, and sample management
  • Supporting comp shops and store visits/benchmark purchasing
  • Completing detailed artwork checks prior to final NPD sign off
  • Working with the operations department to ensure project sign offs align with shipment dates
  • Managing sales sample requests and pulling or requesting additional NPD samples to support sales meetings
  • Supporting packing stock and props for events and exhibitions
Requirements
  • Possess an understanding and passion for the beauty industry
  • Be highly organized and able to deal with a multi-task environment with a strong attention to detail
  • Confident to liaise across the business, including marketing, technical, design, and sales teams
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once to tight deadlines
  • Any experience of SAP is ideal, but full training will be given to those with EXCEL or database management skills
  • Independent and proactive
