We are currently in search of a Production Assembly Technician to become a vital part of our workforce at OSP Group Ltd in Gillingham.

Primary Duties:

  • Preparing machinery at the start of each shift to guarantee optimal functionality
  • Operating and supervising machinery to identify any irregularities
  • Conducting regular and preventive maintenance to ensure machines run smoothly
  • Diagnosing and addressing any mechanical or technical challenges
  • Performing quality assurance inspections to uphold the high standards of our products
  • Assembling various types of clips, including steel clips, worm drive clips, hose clips, and clamp clips using machinery
  • Adhering to health and safety regulations while ensuring a tidy work environment

Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in machine operation or a comparable position within an industrial setting
  • Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Effective communication abilities to collaborate with colleagues and supervisors
