Warehouse Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to join our team at Mploy Staffing Solutions. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials within our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Order Processing: Place orders with suppliers, verify order confirmations, and ensure timely despatch.
  • Inventory Management: Check off goods received, pick stock items, and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Arrange courier collection, deal with supplier returns, and agree credit terms.
  • Warehouse Operations: Use a forklift truck to unload deliveries, pack outgoing parcels, and load customer collections.
  • Customer Service: Ensure showroom displays are current and in good condition, and maintain up-to-date POS information.

We are looking for someone with excellent organizational skills, the ability to prioritize and multitask, and a keen eye for detail. A full driver's licence and experience with driving transit-style vans are essential. A current counterbalance forklift licence is preferred but not essential, as training can be provided.
