We are currently working closely with a reputable automotive dealership to recruit an experienced and successful Aftersales Department Head to oversee the department.

This is a fantastic opportunity working with a well-established main dealer in excellent facilities. Reporting to the General Manager, your primary focus will be to ensure customers receive superb levels of service, in line with brand expectations. You will oversee all of the front-of-house team including Technicians, Service Advisors, Administration team, drivers, etc.

As an Aftersales Department Head, you will require someone who is passionate about delivering excellent levels of customer service, who can mentor and coach their team on a daily basis, and be proactive to ensure the department anticipates the needs and demands of customers.

Aftersales Department Head Requirements
  1. This position would suit someone already in a Service / Aftersales Manager position.
  2. You will need to be a 'leader' of people and an ambassador for the brand and dealer group.
