Job Title: Senior CS&A Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior CS&A Engineer to join our team at Rullion Limited. As a Senior CS&A Engineer, you will be responsible for leading a design team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a design team to deliver design solutions that meet client requirements
  • Ensure health and safety policies and procedures are adhered to
  • Liaise with staff and contractors to identify and mitigate risks and hazards
  • Allocate design tasks to relevant team members and check produced design drawings
  • Provide technical advice to the design team and contribute to the preparation of design drawings
  • Carry out design reviews and resolve technical queries
Requirements:
  • HNC/HND in a relevant field
  • Experience leading a design team
  • Commercial or defense project experience
  • Highly regulated industry experience
  • Incorporated engineer status or working towards it
  • Awareness of relevant building structure codes, preferably seismic
  • Demonstrable technical design development skills
  • Ability to use relevant computer applications
  • Civil engineering experience and civil design works
