Radiology Specialist in Nuclear Medicine

We are looking to enhance our Medical Imaging team at Interior Health Authority with skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologists.
Employment Type: Casual positions available, with work hours ranging from 0 to 37.5 hours per week. Shifts may be scheduled on short notice or in advance to cover for staff absences.
Shift Details: Rotating day shifts with times including 06:30 to 14:30, 07:30 to 15:30, 08:00 to 16:00, and 08:30 to 16:30.
Your Responsibilities:
As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will oversee the daily functions of the department, delivering both diagnostic and therapeutic services to our patients. Your role will also include:
1. Operating within a fully equipped radiopharmacy and stress lab.
2. Conducting Bone Densitometry procedures.
Your Impact:
The Nuclear Medicine department has recently undergone a significant renovation, featuring a state-of-the-art SPECT/CT camera. This advancement will greatly enhance healthcare accessibility for the residents of the East Kootenay region, providing essential diagnostic services closer to home.
