Regional Manager

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Registered Manager to join our Care at Home division. As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and delivery of our Care at Home and Live-in services in a new region.

• Recruit and manage a team of high-quality care staff to enhance our reputation as a leading provider.
• Grow the home care service in a safe and effective manner, ensuring compliance with CQC standards.
• Engage with local authorities and stakeholders to build business and support growth.
• Manage medication compliance and error response, ensuring high standards of clinical governance.
• Train and develop team members to improve skills and processes.
• Liaise with branch managers to oversee homecare requirements and manage ongoing compliance.

• Registered management experience - essential.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
• Solid understanding of homecare and CQC requirements.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills.
• Good leadership and problem-solving attributes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
