About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our established and successful Business Development team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping us sustain excellent customer service standards and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aligned to our business growth plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales and business development strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and negotiate and close deals
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and business development progress
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business growth plans and strategies
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales and business development, ideally in a bustling sales office or recruitment environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and successful working relationships
  • Ability to manage own workload and caseload, and be proactive in seeking and progressing opportunities
  • Proficient IT skills, with experience of using CRM systems and other business software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box
