Job DescriptionAccuBio Ltd., a leading manufacturer of in vitro medical devices, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Assistant to join their team.
Main Responsibilities- Compile and produce comprehensive financial reports for the business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Support the Finance department in managing financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management.
- Conduct variance and cost analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimize financial performance.
- Assist the Finance Manager in preparing monthly management accounts, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Train and assist Finance Assistants in their roles, promoting knowledge sharing and development.
- Contribute to budget planning and forecasting, providing financial insights to inform business decisions.
- Provide cover within the finance department, ensuring seamless operations during absences.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, implementing process enhancements to drive efficiency and productivity.
- Perform all duties and responsibilities to the company standard, meeting deadlines and expectations.
- Maintain compliance with Health & Safety policies and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Maintain compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) policies and procedures, upholding the company's commitment to quality.
- Maintain compliance with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Cyber Security policies and procedures, protecting sensitive information.
- Perform any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Fluent in Mandarin, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum 2 years' experience within the finance function, with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
- Intermediate level Excel skills, with experience in financial modeling and analysis.
- Experience working within the manufacturing industry, with knowledge of industry-specific financial challenges and opportunities.
