Lead Clinical Nurse - Adult Care

Priory Group is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Lead Clinical Nurse to join our team in Hereford. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care in our 40-bed nursing unit.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our patients. As a Lead Clinical Nurse, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing clinical leadership and guidance to our nursing team
  • Developing and implementing care plans that meet the individual needs of our patients
  • Collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Identifying and addressing any areas for improvement in our care services

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • RGN qualification and NMC registration
