Lettings Property Lister

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Estate Agent to join our team as a Lettings Property Lister in our Tunbridge Wells branch. As a key member of our residential lettings team, you will be responsible for winning listings and gaining new instructions for properties to market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Provide exceptional customer care and customer service
  • Build rapport with customers and stakeholders
  • Manage listings and gain new instructions for properties to market

Requirements

  • Estate Agency experience, preferably as a Lister, Valuer, or Lettings Negotiator
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment
  • Full UK driving licence
