Job Summary:

NCP Network Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services, and for implementing quality control measures to prevent defects and errors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks on incoming goods, pre-delivery quality checks on UAVs, and inspection and acceptance of pre and post-processed parts.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that UAVs are built according to quality and company standards, with all actions recorded.
  • Collaboration: Interface with the Production team to register and resolve quality non-conformities with the Engineering team.
  • Documentation: Maintain and store build logs.

Requirements:

  • Technical Competence: Mechanically and technically competent.
  • Quality Focus: A demonstrable experience where quality was their main priority.
  • Analytical Skills: An analytical approach to the work, with a desire to understand and take ownership of an issue.
  • Adaptability: The ability to quickly understand and adapt to changing requirements.
  • Flexibility: Occasionally work remotely in the UK and abroad at short notice.

Desirable Skills:

  • Engineering Knowledge: Experience of basic engineering principles.
  • Documentation Skills: Experience of writing procedures or/and manufacturing documentation.
  • Assembly Experience: Experience of electromechanical assembly.
