Strategic Sourcing Leader

Key Responsibilities:
As a key member of the Elanco team, the Global Director of Capital, Engineering, Energy will lead and manage the Capital, Engineering, Energy & MRO procurement team. This includes identifying and implementing cost reduction and avoidance opportunities, developing and presenting sourcing strategies, and overseeing RFIs, RFPs, and complex negotiations.
Requirements:
- Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field is required.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in sourcing and managing commercial service supplier relationships is necessary.
- Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities are essential, as well as the ability to deliver sourcing strategies, RFXs, and commercial contracting activities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience in leading complex negotiations and strategic sourcing projects.
- Advanced proficiency in supplier relationship management and procurement tools.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and drive organizational change.
Additional Information:
- Travel: 15-25% annually, including international travel as needed.
- Location: UK Hook Office - Hybrid Work Environment.
