Finance Business Partner Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team at Charterhouse Recruitment Services. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business operations and driving financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide insightful financial analysis and support to inform business decision-making.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including management teams and other departments.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models, including budgets, forecasts, and rolling forecasts.
  • Enhance KPI reporting by identifying new and relevant metrics.
  • Drive continuous improvement and standardisation of financial processes.
Requirements:
  • Qualified accountant (e.g., ACA, CIMA, ACCA) with over 3 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Proven experience in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Proficient in IT, with advanced Excel skills and ability to adapt to new systems.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary range of £60,000 - £65,000.
  • Full-time hours, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
