The kitchen team is engaged in various services, including events, room service, and afternoon teas, allowing you to contribute to a comprehensive range of offerings while receiving invaluable guidance and mentorship from our seasoned management team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the precise preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes in accordance with the highest standards alongside your section head.
  • Maintain efficient and seamless service through proactive planning.
  • Assist in the training and development of kitchen apprentices and trainees.
  • Foster positive working relationships with colleagues and other departments.
  • Report any breakages or incidents to the Executive Chef or Sous Chef.
  • Complete any reasonable tasks as assigned by management.
