Busy Bees Day Nursery and Preschool at Oxford Rockwell proudly holds a GOOD rating from Ofsted. Our welcoming and nurturing team is eager to onboard a new Unqualified Nursery Educator, who will play a vital role in providing our children with an exceptional start in their educational journey.

Responsibilities of a Nursery Educator

  • As a keyworker, you will ensure that each child's unique needs are met, including providing support for parents with any SEND/ASL requirements.
  • Take responsibility for observing, assessing, and planning for your key children in accordance with EYFS, while offering developmentally appropriate next steps.
  • Foster and celebrate children's growth and accomplishments.
  • Most importantly, ensure that the experience is filled with FUN
