Key Responsibilities- Health and Safety Leadership: Provide strategic leadership and direction on health and safety matters across our UK operations.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate health and safety risks to prevent injuries and occupational ill health.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee health and safety competencies.
- Incident Investigation: Lead and facilitate root cause investigations into incidents and near misses to prevent recurrence.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in our health and safety practices through data analysis and good practice sharing.
