We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Health and Safety Manager to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health, safety, and wellbeing of our employees and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Health and Safety Leadership: Provide strategic leadership and direction on health and safety matters across our UK operations.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate health and safety risks to prevent injuries and occupational ill health.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee health and safety competencies.
  • Incident Investigation: Lead and facilitate root cause investigations into incidents and near misses to prevent recurrence.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in our health and safety practices through data analysis and good practice sharing.
  • Employee Wellbeing: Lead our employee wellbeing initiatives, including safety week, occupational health assessments, and other initiatives.
