**Key Responsibilities**

  • Handle significant high-value claims, often exceeding £1 million, and be instrumental in enhancing the firm's profile and professional development.
  • Collaborate with the Partner to manage complex cases, including EL/PL and RTA cases.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional client service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Stay up-to-date with case law, litigation practice, process, and Court Practice Rules, applying this knowledge to deliver high-quality results.
  • Contribute to the development of others, sharing knowledge and expertise to enhance the team's performance.

**Requirements**

  • Qualified solicitor, CILEX, or possess proven legal experience.
  • Extensive experience in indemnity, liability, and quantum, with a preference for defendant experience but also considering claimant experience.
  • Background in handling or assisting on large loss or catastrophic injury claims.
  • In-depth understanding of case law, litigation practice, process, and Court Practice Rules.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional client service.
  • Commitment to professional development and the development of others.
