Job Title: Care Assistant
About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Home Instead. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and companionship to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide companionship and social interaction to clients, engaging in activities such as conversation, games, and hobbies.
- Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Prepare meals and snacks, and assist with light housekeeping tasks.
- Accompany clients to appointments and outings, providing support and assistance as needed.
- Monitor and report any changes in client condition or behavior to the care team.

Requirements:
- A valid driving license and access to your own car, as you will be required to travel to clients' homes.
