Greenwell Gleeson is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to join our team. As a key member of our executive team, you will play a strategic role in shaping the future of our business and driving its growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to ensure the company's financial goals are met.
  2. Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to the Board of Directors and senior management.
  3. Cash Flow Management: Oversee cash flow management, including forecasting, monitoring, and approving payments.
  4. Financial Audits: Lead the annual financial audit process to ensure a clean audit report.
  5. Financial Team Management: Manage and develop the finance team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their duties effectively.
