Menlo Park is collaborating with a well-respected and innovative general practice to recruit a Clinical Nurse Leader to oversee the nursing staff for a part-time role of 30 hours per week.
This position encompasses a blend of clinical responsibilities alongside managerial and administrative duties, including representing the nursing team in various discussions. A robust expertise in managing Diabetes care is essential.
Compensation: Salary ranges from £40,000 to £44,500 per annum, depending on experience, along with an NHS pension, five weeks of annual leave, bank holidays, and indemnity coverage.
