Position Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Registered Commercial Property Consultant to join our esteemed client in the private sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality project documentation and ensuring compliance with client specifications and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and prepare comprehensive contract documentation and related project materials to meet client expectations and legal requirements.
  • Act as the primary project leader, overseeing all aspects of project delivery.
  • Engage with external project teams and relevant organizations to facilitate effective collaboration.
  • Maintain a record of professional development activities in line with industry standards.
  • Demonstrate expertise in building construction, contract management, defect analysis, condition assessments, feasibility evaluations, and cost estimation.
  • Manage financial elements of projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of applicable regulatory frameworks, including Building Regulations and the Building Safety Act.
  • Exhibit a proactive and adaptable approach to evolving work methodologies and a commitment to ongoing professional learning.
  • Hold a Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination & Risk Management.
  • Be prepared to adopt a flexible work approach as required by specific project demands.
