Key Responsibilities:

  • Pro-actively identify, market to, nurture and win new lettings business instructions
  • Promote yourself and build profile in the local community and online as a lettings expert
  • Conduct lettings appraisals and implement systems for following up to secure new business
  • Work with our company's current CRM system to ensure a seamless taking on and lettings process
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity, attend relevant industry events and networking events

Requirements:
