Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinating customer delivery schedules to ensure prompt and effective service.
2. Following up on supplier/manufacturer order confirmations to keep information accurate and current.
3. Actively managing order status with suppliers/manufacturers to facilitate seamless operations.
4. Efficiently handling order modifications and adjustments.
5. Processing warranty claims from clients, ensuring exceptional service.
6. Serving as the primary contact for warranties, clients, and order updates.
7. Informing clients via email or phone about incoming stock or potential delays.
8. Managing customer payments to ensure a smooth transaction process.
9. Assisting with various administrative duties to support team efficiency.
