About the Role:

In a prestigious residential establishment, renowned for its opulence and sophistication, a unique opportunity has arisen for a member of the Residential Security Team (RST). This role is integral to maintaining the esteemed reputation of the property while ensuring the safety and comfort of its residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting vigilant surveillance to guarantee the security of the premises.
  • Expertly managing CCTV and alarm systems to monitor activities.
  • Overseeing operations within the control room, requiring acute attention and multitasking abilities.
  • Interacting courteously with visitors, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism.
  • Performing front-of-house duties to create a welcoming and secure atmosphere.
  • Serving as a visible security presence, prepared to handle any urgent situations effectively.
  • Identifying and resolving security concerns in alignment with established protocols.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to security operations.
  • Preparing detailed reports summarizing daily security activities.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Possession of a valid SIA licence (DS or CP).
  • Experience in Residential Security Teams or Close Protection is highly desirable.
  • A full driving licence is preferred, especially with experience in luxury vehicles.
  • A strong background in a high-end service environment.
  • In-depth understanding of premium customer service standards.
  • Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of security best practices and protocols.
  • A steadfast commitment to ethical standards and integrity.

Work Schedule:

  • Shift-based roster (3 days on, 3 nights on, followed by 3 days off).

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Annual salary of £45,083.77 plus a share of the resident gratuity fund.
  • Annual bonus of £2,500.
  • Participation in the Resident Gratuity Fund.
  • Life Assurance coverage (3 times salary).
  • 28 days of holiday per year, increasing to 33 days with service.
